Business Development Manager



Location:

Hybrid Working (there will be a requirement to attend the office at Hannah Foods, Skelmersdale as and when necessary)

Salary:

35,000 per annum with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, flexible working hours to meet the needs of the business

Contracted Hours:

45 per week / 42.5 hours paid (entitled to a 30 minute paid break and a 30 minute unpaid break each day)

to join our Sales Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to help expand our customer base, targeting and converting new business leads, with a particular focus on end-users.

About the Role



As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and strengthening customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our customer portfolio. Negotiating and securing sales with both new and existing clients. Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships. Developing and implementing strategic growth plans to attract new business. Tracking and reporting weekly sales performance to Senior Management. Monitoring and maintaining healthy profit margins across your accounts. Ensuring weekly planners and reports are kept up to date. Ensuring the company sales brief is consistently followed.

What We're Looking For



Essential:



Full UK driving licence (clean licence desirable). Experience in a field sales environment. A passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Strong organisational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Flexible approach to working hours. Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Desirable:



Previous experience within the food service sector.
