Don-Clem Technology is seeking a confident, commercially driven
Business Development Manager
to lead growth and revenue generation across the UK market. This role is highly visible and client-facing: you will generate and close leads, promote company services, attend onsite client and partnership meetings, identify new business opportunities, and act as the public face of the company both offline and online.
The ideal candidate is sales-oriented, confident on camera, strategic in approach, and capable of representing the company professionally in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities
Generate, qualify, and
close sales leads
across the UK market
Promote company services and solutions to prospective clients
Identify and develop
new business opportunities
within the UK
Build, manage, and maintain strong client and partner relationships
Attend onsite client meetings, partnership discussions, and industry events
Act as the
face of the company
in the UK, representing the brand professionally
Create short-form video content using yourself for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.)
Support sales campaigns, brand awareness, and market positioning efforts
Negotiate deals, partnerships, and commercial terms in collaboration with leadership
Track leads, sales pipeline, conversions, and revenue performance
Provide regular reports on market activity, sales progress, and opportunities
Monitor UK market trends, competitors, and customer needs
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
Strong ability to generate and close deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Confidence speaking on camera and representing a brand publicly
Ability and willingness to attend onsite meetings across the UK
Strong understanding of sales pipelines and CRM processes
Knowledge of the UK business and technology market is a strong advantage
Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional
