Were looking for an ambitious and results-driven

Business Development Manager

to drive growth of the sustainable software solutions from our

Make Work Easy

suite of products which can help businesses to better

Automate

,

Communicate

and

Operate

. Youll be comfortable identifying new business opportunities to build your own customer base, whilst able to develop, and leverage, strong relationships with existing customers to provide expert advice on how our solutions can further drive efficiency within their sector. Youll have a deep understanding of software products, SaaS solutions and B2B sales processes.


What youll be doing...



Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the companys customer base. Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities through market research, networking and cold outreach. Actively seek opportunities to cross-sell our

Make Work Easy

product suite into our existing customer base. Solid understanding of the wider marketplace and competitor activity. Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations to potential clients. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling sales materials. Collaborate with our product and proposition teams to develop compelling solutions and services. Negotiate contracts and close deals to align with company and personal sales targets. Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management. Conduct regular client reviews to discuss current performance and identify opportunities to expand the usage of our Mark Work Easy suite. Promote the companys sustainable approach and highlight the environmental benefits to potential clients. Ensure that the CRM is keep updated with information relating to pipeline opportunities.

What we need from you...



Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management in the software industry. Strong understanding of SaaS and cloud based software solutions. (Automated invoice processing, Document management, Business Process Automation, etc) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and drive sales in a competitive market. Experience using CRM software and other sales tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
