So, we're looking to hire a confident, enthusiastic and ambitious Business Development Manager to drive bookings and events to our portfolio of venues, focusing mainly on B2B. You'll be joining the team at a truly exciting time as we consolidate our estate across six locations in the UK, so this is a great opportunity for someone who is highly motivated by sales to have a significant impact on the organisation and become a key member of the team.
Working alongside the Head of Sales and the Central Sales Team, your role will include developing and implementing a pre-booked sales strategy in line with the venues' needs and requirements, whilst also developing a strategy that considers the seasonal nature of our business and the location of our sites. The role will be focused on, and incentivised to target, proactive sales to build a new market for what is a high-profile, thriving F&B business with singing at its heart.
This is a true Business Development role and whilst a small amount of account management is expected, you will need to be a strong sales professional with the will to go out and network with potential new clients and bring in new business opportunities.
