Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Develop customised proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, demonstrating the value of our products/services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
Utilise CRM software, including Salesforce, to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and generate reports for management review.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and positioning.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our brand and expand our reach.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a related industry.
Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets.
A recognised degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
