Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth through strategic initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends and the ability to leverage CRM software, including Salesforce, to manage client interactions effectively.

Duties



Develop and implement effective business development strategies to increase market share and revenue. Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and client expectations. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients showcasing our services and solutions. Track sales metrics using CRM software, particularly Salesforce, to manage leads and client interactions efficiently. Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

Experience



Someone from the Government Entity or knowing government standards would be prefer with minimum 1 year of experience in relevant Field. Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within a related industry. Strong knowledge of CRM software; experience with Salesforce is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. Demonstrated ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented in execution. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Pay: 40,000.00-60,000.00 per year
