Responsibilities

Driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities and revenue streams. Managing and executing promotional and marketing campaigns to attract new clients and strengthen customer engagement. Analysing customer trends and market insights to support product strategies, identify gaps, and recommend new opportunities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including pursuing tender opportunities and strategic partnerships. Collaborating with demand planning, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and client satisfaction. Providing regular reporting and insights on key metrics such as sales growth, product performance, new client acquisition, and promotional effectiveness. Initiating innovative strategies to increase business revenue, expand market reach, and explore new growth channels. Undertaking additional tasks that contribute to overall business development and strategic growth, as mutually agreed.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Full UK driving license is essential.
