At the heart of this evolution are two core divisions you'll lead and develop:
1?

The Booking & Consent SaaS System

- helping practitioners manage clients, consultations, and payments.
2?

The Marketplace & Client Platform

- enabling consumers to discover treatments, book appointments, and purchase health, beauty, and wellness products directly online.

Your mission is simple but demanding: turn these products into revenue engines by improving conversion, strengthening user experience, and expanding commercial partnerships.

You'll bridge product, marketing, tech, and business development -- ensuring each division scales sustainably with clear P&L accountability.

Short-Term Targets (Next 12 Months)



You will play a direct role in achieving these commercial milestones:

from Essentials (consumables & marketplace sales)

from Bookings, Deposits & Payments

? Launch of Client Portal for 100K+ users converting consumer discovery into treatment bookings and repeat product sales

Your Core Responsibilities1? SaaS Bookings & Consent System (B2B Growth)



Grow practitioner adoption and revenue from bookings, deposits, and payments. Work with developers and designers to enhance UI/UX and implement AI-driven automations. Develop commercial partnerships with training academies, clinics, and service providers to increase platform engagement. Improve user retention through CRM automation, rebooking prompts, and loyalty features. Identify and execute on global scalability -- adapting features for multi-market rollout.

2? Marketplace & Client Platform (B2C Growth)



Scale online consumer sales across both prescription and non-prescription products. Build co-branded campaigns with pharmacies, influencers, and wellness brands. Collaborate with marketing to develop conversion-focused funnels for new consumers and existing practitioners. Oversee integration of e-commerce features into the

Client Portal

, turning every treatment into a long-term customer relationship. Analyse purchasing behaviour, top-performing categories, and repeat order rates to guide product and pricing strategy.

3? Product Development & Commercial Growth



Translate user feedback, data insights, and competitor analysis into actionable product updates. Drive new monetisation models -- subscriptions, affiliate sales, advertising placements, and referral systems. Coordinate with the AI and analytics team to refine product recommendations and conversion tracking. Build and manage relationships with suppliers, pharmacy partners, and wellness providers for cross-promotion opportunities. Report directly to senior leadership with performance metrics, ROI insights, and growth recommendations.

Ideal Background



5+ years in product, business, or growth management within a SaaS, marketplace, or e-commerce environment. Proven record of driving revenue growth and optimising digital funnels. Experience working with cross-functional teams (dev, marketing, ops). Understanding of Marketplace and SAAS booking systemsaesthetics, healthtech, or wellness industries is advantageous. Strong analytical, leadership, and partnership-building skills.

Head of Bookings & Marketplace

-- overseeing global expansion, P&L ownership, and future consumer ecosystem development.

As revenue milestones are achieved, you'll play a critical part in preparing the Faces ecosystem for

international expansion, investment, and potential IPO positioning.
