35,000 - 40,000 depending on experience + bonus

Business Development Manager

to join our growing TRIBE and play a key role in shaping the future of our brand.

What you'll be doing



You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable face of Allett out in the field, supporting our customers and partners every step of the way. Your role will include:

Being the

go-to expert

on our product range Delivering

first-class technical sales support

Developing and growing our

dealer and distributor network

Running engaging

product demonstrations

, showing off the features and benefits of our equipment Staying on top of our products,

industry trends

and the competitive landscape Attending industry wide

trade shows


This is a role where variety comes as standard. You'll be out meeting customers, supporting dealers, demonstrating kit -- and sometimes just pitching in where needed. We're a small, passionate team, so being flexible, practical and happy to help is all part of the job.

This is a field-based role with

extensive travel across the UK

, and

occasional overseas travel

as the business requires.

What we're looking for



A

proven track record

in business development within a related industry or B2B sales environment Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build long-lasting relationships A strong understanding of customer and dealer needs, with the ability to identify issues and present effective solutions Confident presentation and negotiation skills, able to explain technical information in a clear and engaging way

Preferably Turf industry knowledge

, enabling you to speak confidently about our products and their applications - not a deal breaker if you have all the other attributes we're looking for A

valid UK driving licence

and the flexibility and willingness to travel regularly
