Business Development Manager - Coffee, Tea & Barista Solutions
Location: Greater Manchester (Field-Based)
Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 basic (depending on experience) + Uncapped Bonus
Hours: 4.5 days per week
Do you have a passion for coffee and a flair for sales? We're looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team, driving new business and nurturing relationships across our premium range of coffee, tea, coffee equipment, and barista training services.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for developing new opportunities and managing key accounts across Greater Manchester. Working closely with our operations and training teams, you'll help ensure every customer receives outstanding products, service, and support--from the first conversation to the final cup.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and win new business opportunities
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
Present and promote our full product and service portfolio
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales or business development (ideally within coffee, catering, foodservice, or hospitality)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
Genuine passion for coffee and the cafe culture
Must live in Greater Manchester and hold a full UK driving licence
