Position Overview:



We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on selling bespoke warehouse storage solutions, including racking, shelving, and mezzanine floors, to businesses across various industries. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying client needs, providing tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research

: Conduct detailed market analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential clients within the warehouse industry.

Lead Generation:

Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Sales Strategy:

Create and implement effective sales plans to meet and exceed company targets.

Client Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring our storage solutions are tailored to meet their unique needs.

Proposal Development

: Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients, showcasing our extensive range of products and services.

Collaboration

: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive and strategic approaches to business growth.

Business Travel:

Regularly visit clients and prospects as part of your business development efforts (company car provided)
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the B2B sector. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Full UK driving licence
