What we are looking for:
The successful candidate will have
solid B2B experience undertaking consultative sales within a service industry.
Hard working, confident, enthusiastic and positive attitude
Excellent communication skills (including on telephone, emails and face to face)
IT competence (Microsoft office software and using CRM systems (HubSpot desirable)
What you will be doing:
Training and onboarding programme of 4 weeks to bring you up to speed on the services we offer and understand how we work, why clients choose us over our competitors and to develop a strategy to not only hit but exceed your monthly target.
Achieve monthly targets by a mix of:
- Outbound sales calls (find/nurture/convert) new business
- Account management of lapsed/dormant accounts.
Updating of CRM system (Hubspot) and reporting on progress
Internal liaison with our technical departments for pricing and specification writing of proposals
Negotiating with clients to secure business
Working to consistently meet and exceed your targets (performance related progression available)
