Key Responsibilities
Complete a 4-week onboarding programme to gain a deep understanding of our services, value proposition and commercial strategy
Identify and convert new business opportunities through outbound sales calls and outreach
Re-engage lapsed or dormant accounts to unlock further commercial potential
Maintain and update our CRM system (HubSpot) with accurate sales activity and pipeline progress
Collaborate with technical colleagues to develop proposals, specifications and pricing
Lead client negotiations to close deals and secure long-term relationships
Consistently work to meet and exceed agreed sales targets
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
We're looking for a motivated and engaging professional with the following experience and attributes:Demonstrable success in B2B consultative sales, ideally within a service-led industry
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and face-to-face
Proactive and self-starting approach, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Confident using Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems (HubSpot desirable)
