Business Development Manager

to drive growth and market share across the Swansea region.

What You'll Be Doing:

Owning and growing your territory - this is your patch to dominate! Getting face-to-face with trade and commercial customers - no desk jockeys here. Developing new business and nurturing existing relationships to maximize sales opportunities. Spotting market trends and competitor movements to stay one step ahead. Working closely with our dynamic branch team to deliver seamless customer service.

What We're Looking For:

A born salesperson - you've got drive, hunger, and a track record to prove it. Confident, outgoing, and great with people. Experience in building materials or the trade sector. Essential. Self-motivated and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. A natural closer who thrives on results and smashing targets.
