Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Develop customised proposals and presentations to meet client needs
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective strategies for lead generation
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve organisational targets
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives
Experience
Proven track record in business development or sales roles, preferably within a similar industry
Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and client relationship management
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proactive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Securing contracts within the security industry including dog handling, mobile patrols, key holding, security guarding and more is key.
