We're looking for an experienced, driven

Business Development Manager

to join our

Dartford

team and help us scale the next phase of our growth.



This role is ideal for a top-performer who has

at least 3 years of B2B telecoms sales experience

, has

sold into a specialist market (e.g. estate agents, healthcare, hospitality, or education)

, and has a

proven record of billing 30,000+ per month

in new business revenue.

What's on offer:





Base salary: 28,000 - 36,000 (DOE)

Uncapped commission - earn 10% of your monthly billings


+

Realistic OTE: 70,000 - 100,000+


Progression into senior or strategic sales roles Dedicated onboarding and ongoing professional development Strong internal support, marketing, and lead gen backing Office-based role in Dartford, working within a high-performance sales culture



What you'll be doing:





Generating, managing, and closing high-value new business opportunities Selling tailored telecoms and VoIP packages into your target niche market Building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers and key influencers Understanding sector-specific pain points and delivering tailored solutions Using CRM systems to manage pipeline, track performance, and forecast accurately Consistently hitting and exceeding monthly targets

What we're looking for:





Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B telecoms sales

A strong track record of

billing 30k+ per month

in new business Proven success selling into

specialist markets

(e.g. legal, property, education, medical, hospitality, etc.) Excellent consultative selling and relationship-building skills Highly motivated, commercially sharp, and confident in closing deals Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
