Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our organisation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in identifying new markets, developing tailored proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Duties



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer portfolio. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders. Utilise CRM software such as Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyse customer data for informed decision-making. Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and optimise outreach efforts. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth or improvement. Attend meetings, conferences, and trade shows to promote the organisation's services and brand presence.

Qualifications



Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the relevant industry sector. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce; experience with other CRM tools is advantageous. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges. Relevant qualifications in business administration, marketing, or related fields are desirable but not essential. Pay: 24,420.00-64,072.48 per year
