Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Manager to oversee and drive the growth of our retail sales within the Convenience store market.

This field based role, which demands the very best from our fleet of fully stocked Subzero Super Freezers (7.5tonne lorries), brings a new set of challenges every day.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be able operate independently, also managing a team of drivers and sales representatives.

Maximising opportunities within our current customer base, Identify new business opportunities and enable strong ongoing relationships.

Ensuring operational compliance, manage accounts effectively and maintain brand standards.

Supervise and support sales team to drive revenue growth.

Manage and coordinate the activities of drivers, ensuring efficient logistics and delivery operations.

Recruiting, training and developing your team to provide the best possible solutions for our customers.

Full uk driving licence is required

Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous

Salary negotiable depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 1.00 per year
