Summary
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Greenlight Highways Ltd. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving growth, fostering strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth:
Identify and secure new business opportunities in the traffic management sector, expanding Greenlight Highways' market presence across Devon, Cornwall & Somerset.
Client Engagement:
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Strategy:
Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, ensuring sustained growth for the company inclusive of social media marketing.
Proposals and Contracts:
Prepare detailed proposals, rates, and contracts, delivering compelling presentations to potential clients.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
Networking:
Represent Greenlight Highways at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Collaboration:
Work closely with our technical and operations teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services that exceed client expectations.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the traffic management industry or a related field.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of traffic management, including the latest regulatory requirements.
Communication Skills:
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-Motivated:

Location:
Based in or willing to relocate to Devon, with a solid understanding of the local market dynamics.
