We partner with innovative businesses to unlock millions in tax relief, and now we're seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager based in Manchester to lead our expansion into the Irish market.

What You'll Do

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with Irish businesses Meet with business leaders from Irelands most innovitive companies to uncover opportunities and pitch tailored R&D solutions. Manage and optimise a strong B2B pipeline to hit and exceed targets Collaborate with marketing to refine lead-generation campaigns and outreach Oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless, high-touch client experience Deliver clear sales reporting and performance insights to leadership Consistently follow up and engage prospects with precision and purpose

What You Bring

Proven success in B2B sales or business development, ideally in a fast-growth environment Strong pipeline management and a data-driven approach to closing deals Excellent communicator and natural relationship builder Confident handling high-value negotiations and complex decision-makers Self-motivated, organised, and focused on results

Desirable Experience

Background in any of the following industries
- Construction, Engineering, Scientific, Manufacturing, Tech, Automotive, Agriculture

Work or educational experience in engineering, science, or manufacturing is a significant advantage Experience selling into Ireland or managing international accounts
