Business Development Manager - Home/Hybrid - Huddersfield

Up to 40,000 + uncapped bonus potential, & home-based

What you'll be doing:

Scope out our ideal clients, hunt LinkedIn Sales nav, build the right relationships and seal the deal.

We are ready for rapid growth, so you'll need to hit targets (and enjoy being rewarded accordingly!)

We like to work with clients long term, so there is an element of Account Management in this role; if clients are happy, they stay, and for every account you onboard, you'll be rewarded with ongoing monthly commission for the length of our service. Most teams stay with us for years, with our longest standing client still with us after 5 years!

What we are looking for;

You'll come from a high value Sales background and you'll be well versed in the full sales cycle. You'll be responsible for everything from generating your own leads and pipeline, to onboarding new clients.

We are looking for people who have the drive and ambition to make a difference to the business by delivering against targets.

We want hunger for sales and new business, and whilst you'll be part of a supportive team, you'll also need to be self motivated and proactive to succeed in the role.

The customer will be at heart of everything you do, so being confident and managing the full sales cycle is crucial.

We have a great induction programme where we will teach you everything you need to know about our service and the business, so although B2B social media experience would be advantageous, you'll get the training you need to succeed.
