With decades of experience and a reputation for service excellence, we're expanding our national coverage and looking for a talented Business Development Manager to lead growth in the Coventry region.

Job Overview:

We're seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in the automotive or commercial transport sector. This role involves developing new business, managing existing accounts, and delivering growth across a defined territory. You'll report directly to the Sales Director and collaborate closely with our technical and internal teams as well as suppliers representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed sales targets within your assigned area Develop new customer relationships while maintaining and growing existing accounts Monitor customer stock and oversee impressed stock agreements Provide regular reports on sales performance, activity, and expenses Assist with credit control in collaboration with internal teams Attend planning and sales meetings

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B field sales (automotive/commercial transport sector preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Highly self-motivated and organised with excellent time management Full UK driving licence Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
