Clementine Services is building a modern, data-driven property services business -- fair to engineers, transparent with clients, and focused on long-term partnerships rather than one-off transactions.

We support commercial landlords, hotel groups, facilities management companies and public-sector clients with reactive repairs, planned maintenance, EV charging installations and compliance services.

As we continue to expand across the region, we're looking for a

Business Development Manager

to grow our B2B commercial client base.

The Role



This is a

relationship-led, consultative sales role

focused on developing long-term partnerships across property and facilities environments.

You'll be out in the field -- meeting clients, walking sites, understanding their buildings and service needs, and positioning Clementine as a trusted, long-term service partner.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, develop and convert B2B opportunities across the North East Build relationships with commercial landlords, managing agents, FM companies and councils Visit office buildings, hotels, industrial units and mixed-use sites Promote reactive repairs, planned maintenance, EV charging and FM service contracts Attend networking events and actively grow the Clementine brand Work closely with engineers and operations to scope works and support accurate quoting Manage your own sales pipeline using our CRM Achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets with full operational support

About You



A confident relationship-builder who enjoys face-to-face meetings B2B sales experience (property, FM, construction, trades or technical services preferred) Commercially driven, organised and comfortable managing a sales pipeline Happy walking sites, accessing plant rooms and speaking with engineers Able to grasp technical or building-services concepts (full training provided) Values honesty, reliability and long-term relationships Full UK driving licence required
