Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven
Business Development Manager
to lead our efforts in expanding sales channels, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for British Version coffee products. This role plays a key part in scaling our brand and securing new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, and distribution
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and distributors
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
Develop sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close commercial deals
Support the launch of new products and expansion into new markets
Collaborate with marketing to align business development activities with brand strategy
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline progress
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
Background in FMCG, food & beverage, or coffee industry (preferred)
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple projects
Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
