As a focused self-starter, you will lead through example, including direct customer engagement, people leadership, and pipeline management across two UK locations including our brand new, state of the art, Fire Resistance Test Facility in Warrington.

Responsibilities: Take ownership for the Fire Resistance opportunity pipeline, create and execute sales campaigns and develop new opportunities to increase Element's share of wallet.
Drive excellence through all of our sales processes to provide excellent customer experience and maximize customer retention.
Lead the UK Fire Resistance Sales Team : lead, motivate and unite team members around around a common sales strategy, organize and coordinate commercial activities, evaluate employee's performance and support their development whilst driving high performance
Collaborate with the operational leaders, technical experts and marketing team, to identify and execute new lead generation campaigns to grow the market.
Expand business with dormant and existing accounts; prospects and develop new potential accounts
Achieve sales goals by driving the penetration, conversion and retention of accounts, whilst working hand-in-glove with the operations teams to ensure that capacity is maximized.
Provide regular and accurate reporting on key opportunities, available capacity and actions to drive revenue.
Comply with and drive adoption of Element's commercial excellence processes, tools and systems
Skills / Qualifications: Experience with developing new business and growing share of wallet
Fire Testing experience would be advantageous
Leadership and people management experience
Requirement to maintain and promote the use of CRM systems
Degree-level educated
Experience in interpreting testing procedures and requirements desired but not essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Availability, flexibility, and maturity to represent the company at a broad range of events / projects in the community, with customers and within the company
Ability to remain calm when faced with mounting pressure related to deadlines and multiple priorities
Well-developed oral and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs
Good interpersonal skills that foster open upward and downward communication built on mutual respect
Ability to interface with clients, win new work and determine their requirements; helps develops proposals including cost estimates, work plan and terms and conditions
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time; some overnight travel may be required
