Jobs and responsibilities for a sales accounts and business development manager for a clinic:-

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic plans to expand our market presence. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of sales and marketing strategies. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth and enhancing our company's competitive edge.

Responsibilities



1. sales & revenue growth:-

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase patient volume and clinic revenue. Promote clinic services (e.g., physiotherapy, wellness programs, diagnostic packages, specialty consultations). Build and manage a sales pipeline; track leads and conversions. Conduct presentations to corporate clients, insurance companies, schools, and community groups. Physiotherapy centres. Identify opportunities for new service lines or packages based on market demand.
2. Client & Account Management:-

Maintain relationships with existing patients, corporate accounts, and referral partners (doctors, gyms, community centers). Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate health plans, wellness partnerships, and insurance providers. Ensure timely communication, client satisfaction, and contract renewals. Handle client inquiries, resolve service issues, and ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts. Prepare and deliver account performance reports.
3.Business development manager:-

Research market trends, competitor offerings, and new business opportunities. Develop strategic partnerships with fitness centers, schools, senior homes, hotels, and wellness programs. Physiotherapy centres. Identify and negotiate collaborations with specialists, diagnostic providers, or wellness product companies. Work with management to create new service packages, outreach programs, or promotional campaigns. Explore digital marketing opportunities and community outreach strategies.
4.Marketing & promotions support:-

Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, social media, and promotional materials. Plan and organize health drives, free screening events, seminars, and community outreach programs. Assist in creating patient education content and promotional offers. Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
5.Operational Coordination:-

Work with clinical and administrative teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations. Coordinate scheduling for corporate health checks, workplace wellness visits, and special campaigns. Ensure accurate documentation, billing, and reporting for corporate accounts. Track sales metrics, patient feedback, and operational challenges.
6.Reporting and performance tracking:-

Maintain detailed CRM records of leads, conversions, and client interactions. Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management. Track KPIs such as patient acquisition, revenue growth, account retention, and campaign ROI. Analyze data to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
7. Compliance and Quality Assurance:-

Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations and ethical standards. Maintain confidentiality of patient and corporate client information. Support implementation of quality improvement initiatives and feedback systems.
8.Leadership & Team Collaboration:-

Provide guidance to front-desk staff on customer service and upselling clinic services. Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and management for seamless operation of sales-driven activities. Participate in staff training related to service packages, patient communication, and brand positioning.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 32,000.00-40,000.00 per year
