We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to join our growing team in the UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, assessment, install and finance) to support business initiatives.
Negotiate commercial terms with prospective clients in line with company policies.
Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
Key Requirements
Higher level of education preferred.
Strong understanding of UK business market trends and industry practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Preferred Skills & Competencies
Experience in international business development or working with cross-cultural teams.
Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong networking skills with a proactive approach to lead generation.
Salary & Benefits
38,00 to 56,000 annually, depends on experience.
