We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for reaching out to new/prospective clients and also maintaining an excellent relationship with existing and old clients.

At Freeley we go above and beyond for our clients and we want a Business Development Manager that both excels at developing relationships with clients and also someone that fits in with our culture and is willing to chip in with any day-to-day requirements of the business when required.

Keys tasks will include:

Making outbound calls to prospective clients. This is a very important part of the role so please only apply if you are comfortable making phone calls. Sending introductory emails and letters to prospective clients. Phoning, emailing and visiting existing and previous clients periodically to keep in touch. Providing regular updates to the company Directors in a clear, simple manner. Researching key people at prospective client organisations (mainly public sector organisations and large companies). Proactively identifying new business opportunities (frameworks, large contracts, new clients).
Skills/requirements for the role:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with people. Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a related industry. Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software. Driving license
