Business Development & Marketing Executive - ECO4, Renewables, Tenders & Digital Growth

Office-Based - St Helens, Merseyside

Salary:

28,000 - 38,000 (DOE) + Bonus

Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday

About Us

Higher End Construction is a family-run construction company based in St Helens. We deliver maintenance, program works (wet rooms, kitchens, boilers), full refurbishments, and turn key developments for councils, housing associations, and supported living providers across the North West.

As we expand into ECO4 and renewable retrofit works, we're looking for a dynamic, organised and proactive Business Development & Marketing Executive to help us drive new growth.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Identifying ECO4, renewable, and public sector framework opportunities Building relationships with new clients, principal contractors and energy companies Managing the

full tender process

, from researching to submitting EOIs and PQQs Planning and launching

regular marketing campaigns

across social media and email

Refreshing and managing the company website

to support sales and SEO visibility Creating content to showcase our completed projects and company values Tracking lead generation and tender outcomes Producing weekly reports for the Director Attending industry events and meetings when required

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in business development, marketing, or tender writing Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence using LinkedIn, Mailchimp, Canva, CRM, and WordPress (or similar CMS) Strong copywriting skills for tender responses, capability statements and case studies A self-starter with drive to take ownership and deliver results Experience in construction, social housing, or renewables is desirable
