Are you commercially driven, ambitious, creative, and passionate about the equestrian world?

As Business Development and Marketing Manager, you will be the front-facing representative of the company, responsible for driving growth through both client acquisition and brand visibility. Reporting directly to the owners, you will lead on developing new business opportunities while also shaping and executing the company's marketing strategy. This dual role requires a strong balance of commercial acumen, relationship management, and creative marketing skills -- ensuring Cortium Sports not only builds a sustainable client base but also develops a recognised and trusted brand presence in the market.

What you'll be doing

Building relationships with high-value clients across London & Surrey
Driving new business opportunities and partnerships
Leading our marketing & digital strategy to grow visibility and engagement
Representing Cortium Sports at industry events and networking opportunities
Working directly with the owners to shape the company's growth journey

What we're looking for

? Proven experience in business development and/or marketing (sports, lifestyle, or equestrian ideal)
? Strong commercial mindset + creative marketing skills
? Confident communicator who builds lasting relationships
? A genuine passion for equestrian sport is a big plus!
