We are recruiting an experienced Business Development Officer to drive growth within a
regulated, government-related services sector
. The role focuses on generating new business from organisations across the UK that require compliant workforce and employee-related services.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound enquiries
Build and manage relationships with UK businesses of all sizes
Deliver presentations to corporate clients and decision-makers
Attend exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings
Develop a strong understanding of government-linked compliance services
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
Consistently meet and exceed new business targets
Requirements
Minimum
2 years' experience
in a Business Development role
Proven track record of generating new business
Comfortable presenting to corporate and professional audiences
Confident attending exhibitions and networking events
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Competitive base salary (28k - 40k DOE)
