Business Development Officer

to help us to increase our client base by strengthening the relationships we have with existing and potential clients.

What you'll do:

Build lasting relationships

with universities and schools through regular phone contact and online Teams meetings

Showcase innovative fundraising solutions

that help our clients achieve their goals.

Shape opportunities

by writing compelling proposals and tenders.

Be the connector

between our clients and project delivery teams, ensuring smooth handovers and long-term success.

Grow your own portfolio

of clients to account-manage, nurture, and expand.

Represent Buffalo at conferences

and meet others who are passionate about education and fundraising.

About you:

You're a strong communicator who thrives on building relationships.

Confident on the phone and in online/face-to-face meetings.

Motivated, determined, and ready to learn.

Sales or account management experience is a bonus, but enthusiasm and a good work ethic are just as important.
