The Role
As a
Business Development Officer
, you'll play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, promoting our full range of services, and supporting long-term client partnerships.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Researching and identifying potential clients across the events, venue, and local authority sectors.
Introducing
Event Support Team's
services and building strong business relationships.
Promoting our expertise in
car parking, traffic management, stewarding, security, and HVM solutions
.
Managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
Preparing tailored proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Supporting the Directors with growth strategies and sales targets.
Attending industry events and networking sessions when required.
Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales documentation.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an ambitious and confident professional with strong communication skills and a commercial mindset.
Essential skills and experience:
Proven experience in
business development, client relations, or sales
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
A proactive, driven attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
Experience in the events, security, or traffic management industries.
Knowledge of bid writing or tender processes.
