Job Overview

Support the execution of the company's growth and expansion initiatives Work under the direction of senior management to ensure effective implementation and operational follow-through Provide research, coordination, and relationship management support across business development projects Enable senior leadership to focus on strategic decision-making by progressing opportunities efficiently and professionally

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support growth initiatives Assist with outreach to potential partners, clients, and commercial stakeholders Support the preparation of proposals and documentation for catering and commercial opportunities Maintain accurate records of leads, negotiations, partnerships, and business development activities Coordinate logistics related to new initiatives, including: Event catering enquiries Supplier engagement and communications Early-stage planning for new outlets or retail channels Support internal coordination across teams to ensure timely follow-up on opportunities Track progress of ongoing initiatives and provide regular updates to senior management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (preferred) Previous experience in business development, sales support, operations, or a similar role Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on implementation Strong organisational and record-keeping skills Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Word, presentations, email) Ability to work independently while supporting senior leadership directives
