We are looking for a creative individual who is business minded to join the Business & Partnerships Team to explore potential income generation opportunities that will enhance visitor's enjoyment of parks, woodlands and green spaces.



We are looking for someone who can:


Make a positive contribution to Sheffield's great outdoor spaces by enabling a range of income generating activities within Sheffield's parks and green spaces across the city. Progress routine tenders, sponsorship initiatives, concessions and the processing of technical leases and licence agreements. Co-ordinate, monitor data and support the Business Manager regarding more complex commercial business partnerships. Be an excellent communicator who can engage with commercial business partners, wider partners and stakeholders to support the delivery of income projects and optimise benefits for green spaces across Sheffield. Manage the booking system for site-based activities, services and advertisements, collating, monitoring and presenting data in a variety of formats. Provide support in monitoring project finances, income generation, land and property adoptions, disposals, encroachments and other associated agreements.
