Key Responsibilities




Conduct market research to identify trends, ideal client profiles, and new growth opportunities Develop and execute structured outreach campaigns via email, calls, and digital platforms Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of qualified leads Track interactions, optimize messaging, and ensure timely follow-up Collaborate with senior stakeholders to refine targeting and strategy Maintain accurate records in CRM and deliver regular performance reporting

Requirements




5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or strategic partnerships Demonstrated success in outbound outreach and lead generation Excellent communication and relationship-building skills High level of ownership, self-motivation, and accountability Comfortable with KPIs and performance-based evaluation Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital sales platforms Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Preferred




Experience working with international markets and distributed teams Familiarity with remote work environments and digital tools Background in high-ticket B2B sales, consulting, or market entry
