Business Development & Relationship Manager role overview
The Business Development & Relationship Manager role is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales professional to build strong, lasting relationships while growing and expanding BSRIA's membership and affiliate community.
You'll be at the heart of retaining and developing existing members, welcoming new ones into our network and unlocking more value through cross-selling subscriptions to BSRIA Guides, ongoing usage licenses, one-off searches, and other opportunities that strengthen engagement. What you'll do as a Business Development & Relationship Manager:
Promote the new style BSRIA approach with confidence, highlighting the value of enhanced services and shifting perceptions from charity to future-focused partner.
Transition existing members into higher-value subscriptions (Affiliate Partner, Guide/Publication, combined, or multi-year options), ensuring growth and long-term value.

Capture all interactions in the CRM, using automation for reminders and follow-ups to improve responsiveness.
