About the Role



As a

Business Development Representative (BDR)

, you'll play a key role in driving the company's growth across the South of UK. You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, and introducing clients to innovative technology solutions that transform how construction projects are delivered.

This role is designed as a launchpad for ambitious individuals. After 12-18 months of success in business development, you'll have a clear pathway to

Account Management

, managing your own portfolio of high-value clients where you will have an

OTE of 100K+

What You'll Do



Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, typically; calling, LinkedIn messaging, and attending industry events. Build and nurture relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and other construction stakeholders. Setting up presentations and product demonstrations meetings with prospective clients. Collaborate closely with senior sales and marketing teams to support strategic growth initiatives. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Becoming knowledgeable in your vertical specialism and working closely with your account manager to work your way to becoming a subject matter expert.

What We're Looking For



A recent graduate/articulate and intelligent professional, eager to build a long-term career in sales. A genuine interest in the

property or construction industry

. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A self-starter with resilience, determination, and a growth mindset. Previous sales or customer-facing experience in some capacity

What We Offer



30,000 base salary with a realistic first-year

OTE of 60,000
