Business Development Representative (BDR)

Strategically Prospect and Generate Leads: You will identify, research, and engage

with key decision-makers within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Utilising a multi-

channel approach--including cold calls, emails, and social selling--you will build a

strong sales pipeline.

Qualify and Nurture Leads to SQL: As the first point of contact, you will conduct

discovery calls to understand a prospect's needs. Your goal is to qualify and nurture

leads to the Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) stage, ready for a hand-off to the Account

Executive.

Book Meetings that Convert to SQOs: You are targeted on the number of Sales

Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) resulting from your booked meetings. You'll work with

Account Executives to ensure a seamless hand-off, providing them with all necessary

information to qualify the lead.

Become a Subject Matter Expert: You'll develop a deep understanding of corporate

training and xUnlocked's unique value. This expertise will enable you to articulate our

value proposition, handle objections, and build credibility with prospects.

Collaborate and Drive Success: You will work closely with the marketing and sales

teams, providing feedback on lead quality. You will also meticulously log all activities and

maintain accurate data in our CRM, contributing to a data-driven sales strategy.

Qualifications



The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality, want to pick up the phone, and is comfortable with cold outreach, with...

2-3 years of sales or customer service experience. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability to change. * A desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
