We are seeking a Graduate BDR for our client, based in Bekesbourne - looking to gorw their sales team owing to continuous growth across the business. The business are a team of passionate technologists, entrepreneurs and innovators who deliver bespoke solutions for their clients
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound telemarketing to generate leads and identify potential clients.
Utilise CRM software, to track interactions and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Attend networking events and trade shows to represent the company and promote our services.

Someone who is a recent graduate or a school leaver with 1-2 years experience.
Someone who is driven with a will to succeed
Someone who can build rapport with anyone
You've done something - worked from an early age, played a high level of sports, balanced studies and income.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
A keen interest in developing a career in business development or sales.
