The Role
As a
Business Development Representative
, you will play a key role in our outbound lead generation strategy, proactively engaging with SMEs to
identify their digital marketing needs
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
building relationships, overcoming objections, and working towards ambitious goals

While previous experience in sales is preferred, we will provide
full training

Key Responsibilities
Proactively contact SMEs
via outbound channels to introduce our digital marketing services.
Identify key decision-makers and
qualify leads
based on their business needs.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Self-generate leads through research, networking, and outbound prospecting.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
What We're Looking For
A
confident, results-driven, and energetic
individual.
Strong
communication and persuasion
skills.
Ability to
build rapport quickly
and handle objections effectively.
Experience in
outbound sales and lead generation
is preferred but not essential.
A proactive mindset with a drive to
exceed targets and earn uncapped commission
.
A keen interest in
marketing, sales, and business development
.
Sales or marketing experience (1 year preferred)
.
Driving Licence (preferred)
