Flawless UK Vape distribution is one of the largest vape distributors in the UK, supplying over 8,000 accounts with 10,000 skus in the UK. We carry a large range of vaping products from top brands all around the world. The products we carry are all TPD compliant and meet the strict safety and quality standards set out in the UK and Europe. As the largest distributors of vaping products in the UK, we get our hands on the latest products before anyone else. Flawless has established itself as a leader in the market of VAPE and CBD products. The company has seen year on year growth of the business and has recently moved to bigger premises to expand our operations. Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our team.

Key Responsibilities



Business Promotions

Act as the primary point of contact for all Flawless and brand-retail partners business promotions.

Manage and oversee brand and retail partners communications, ensuring efficient and professional interactions between Flawless and our partners.

Ensure that retail partners provide visual confirmation of their CDU displays, with appropriate captions for tracking.

Maintain and update the promotional calendar, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of upcoming business updates.

Data Management & Reporting

Maintain and update a master spreadsheet containing all relevant retail partner details, including contact information, location, and assigned sales representatives.

Work closely with the Flawless warehouse team to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of promotional stock.

Track and report any changes, requests, or feedback from convenience stores, ensuring management is kept informed.

Relationship Management & Communication

Foster and maintain strong relationships with retail partners by following up on promotional deliveries, order placement interests, and overall satisfaction with marketing support.

Act as the central liaison between Marketing, Sales, Warehouse, and Stock & Procurement teams, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.

Monitor and share feedback from retail partners regarding product performance and relevant information to management and brands.

Qualifications:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Self-motivated with a passion for achieving goals.

Pay: Up to 26,984.10 per year
