We're now looking for a motivated and ambitious
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to join our commercial team. This is a key role at the front of our sales engine, responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth and helping us reach our ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify new business opportunities across target verticals (financial services, legal, professional services)
Engage prospects via phone, LinkedIn and email to spark meaningful conversations
Qualify leads and schedule product demos for our Account Executives
Collaborate with Marketing to optimise outbound campaigns and messaging
Maintain accurate records and activity notes in HubSpot CRM
Experiment with
AI tools and automation
to improve prospecting efficiency and creativity
Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies, workflows and processes
Requirements
1-2 years' experience in a BDR/SDR or outbound sales role (ideally in SaaS or technology sales)
Confident communicating with senior stakeholders across phone, video and email
Organised, energetic and resilient
Genuinely interested in how
AI can enhance sales workflows
Motivated to learn, grow and contribute ideas
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving team environment
