Role Overview



This role is ideal for someone with a

telesales or SDR background

who wants to progress into

owning and closing deals

, not just booking meetings.

This is a

phone-first inbound sales role

, focused on converting inbound leads through

speed, volume, and relentless follow-up

. While leads are inbound, the role requires the

intensity, urgency, and discipline of a high-pressure telesales environment

.

This is not a passive inbound or account management role.
Success comes from being on the phone, acting fast, and closing business.

Key Responsibilities



Inbound Lead Management



Handle inbound leads with urgency and persistence Make rapid first-contact attempts and consistent follow-ups Qualify opportunities quickly and confidently over the phone Control conversations and handle objections effectively

Close deals

and drive revenue

Phone-Led Sales Activity



Maintain

high daily call volumes

Treat inbound leads with the same intensity as telesales Work fast, stay organised, and maximise contact rates

CRM & Performance



Maintain accurate, real-time CRM updates (HubSpot) Track activity, follow-ups, and outcomes consistently Work to clear daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Experience (Non-Negotiable)



Minimum

1.5 years' experience

in an SDR or telesales role Background in

high-pressure, KPI-driven phone environments

, such as: Call centres / telesales SaaS or B2B SDR teams with genuine phone volume Proven experience: Handling high volumes of phone calls Booking meetings via cold calling
Candidates without real phone-based sales experience will not be suitable.
