The Business Development Manager for LETS KICK IT GROUP LTD will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the reach of our sports coaching programs across schools, community clubs, and corporate clients. This role involves strategic planning, client relationship management, and identifying new business opportunities to increase revenue and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in schools, sports academies, corporate wellness programs, and local councils.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients.
Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery coordination.
Strategic Partnerships:
Forge partnerships with schools, sports organisations, governing bodies, and sponsors.
Attend networking events, conferences, and community engagements to enhance business visibility.
Marketing & Promotions:
Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that promote coaching programs.
Provide input on branding, digital strategies, and social media outreach.
Program Development:
Work with the coaching team to align business goals with offerings.
Help tailor programs to market demand, including youth, adult, and elite athlete training.
Reporting & Analysis:
Set and track KPIs and sales targets.
Provide regular reports to senior management on progress and strategy adjustments.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in business development, preferably in sports, education, or fitness sectors.
Strong network within the sports or education industry is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Passion for sports and an understanding of coaching principles.
Degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Full driving license (if the role requires travel to partner sites or schools).
