Business Development Assistant
to support senior leadership in evaluating, shaping, and operationalising new commercial opportunities across the Group.
Role Purpose
The Business Development Assistant provides
strategic, analytical, and operational support
to senior leadership, ensuring that commercial decisions relating to partnerships, contracts, and new services are
financially sound, clearly documented, and effectively implemented
.This role acts as a
bridge between business development strategy and operational delivery
, translating leadership decisions into structured financial summaries, reporting tools, and implementation briefs for the wider Operational Team.A core responsibility of the role is
financial and commercial analysis
, supporting informed decision-making across all Levitas divisions.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Commercial Support
Support the CEO and Partnership Lead in the
strategic planning, review, and development
of new and existing services across all Levitas divisions
Assist in assessing
new commercial opportunities
, partnerships, and service launches from a financial and operational perspective
Financial & Commercial Analysis
Analyse
business development contracts, partnership agreements, and commercial proposals
, including revenue modelling and cost implications
Prepare
financial summaries, forecasts, and scenario models
aligned to senior leadership decisions
Track and report on the
financial performance of new services, partnerships, and contracts
against agreed KPIs
Reporting & Communication
Translate strategic and financial analysis into
clear reports, dashboards, and operational briefs
for internal teams
Support communication between senior leadership and operational teams to ensure clarity of expectations and deliverables
Budgeting & Monitoring
Support
budget forecasting, cost tracking, and variance monitoring
related to business development activity
Assist with light bookkeeping and financial administration linked specifically to partnerships and growth initiatives
Partnerships & Performance
Assist with
partnership documentation
, follow-ups, renewals, and performance reviews
Maintain accurate records of commercial agreements and key milestones
Continuous Improvement
Contribute to
process improvement and change management initiatives
across the business
Support the refinement of internal systems, reporting frameworks, and commercial workflows
Skills & ExperienceEssential
Background or qualification in
Business Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Strong
numerical and analytical capability
, with confidence working on commercial figures and financial summaries
High level of
IT proficiency
, particularly in spreadsheets, reporting tools, and dashboard creation
Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing
multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to
present financial and strategic information clearly
Proactive, responsive, and able to work to
agreed KPIs and deadlines
Desirable
Knowledge or experience in
accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration
Exposure to
contract-based, partnership-led, or service-led business models
Experience within
healthcare, wellness, luxury services, or professional services
environments
