Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Trainee to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal applicant will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and customer service.

Duties

Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers. Demonstrate a strong understanding of product knowledge, tailored to the customer. Close deals to achieve organisational growth targets. Collaborate with internal sales teams to create compelling proposals and presentations. Shadow senior sales executives to gain hands-on experience in client/customer acquisition and relationship management. Learning essential business functions including: customer psychology, product knowledge, and business strategy. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer facing roles preferred, though not required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully. Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields are desirable but not essential. Pay:

Average

OTE

earnings between 24,000-26,000 per annum (performance-based bonuses and incentives/commission)
