The Business Development / Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with Eventura's clients and identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role ensures that client needs are consistently met, while also identifying opportunities to grow the account through cross-sell and upsell activities. The role plays a crucial part in driving revenue growth and expanding Eventura's client base.
Responsibilties
Client Relationship Management:
Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary point of contact and building strong, long-term relationships.
Ensure the delivery of excellent service to clients, aligning internal resources to meet their needs and expectations.
Conduct regular account reviews with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns and also providing metrics and reporting to demonstrate the value of Eventura's services.
Account Growth and Business Development:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products or services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets and follow up on leads generated, ensuring collaboration with the marketing efforts.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, consistently moving prospects through the sales funnel.
Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are aligned with service offerings and product enhancements.
Lead contract renewals, ensuring clients remain engaged and contracts are renewed on time.
Client Engagement:
Understand the strategic goals of clients and ensure that Eventura's services align with their business objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on how ERP systems, IT services, or cybersecurity solutions can drive their success.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide valuable feedback to the product and service teams on client needs, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, product knowledge and competitors' offerings.
