Business Engagement Officer



Salary:

37,500 per annum + Package

Location:

Covering South London (including sites in Croydon)



The Business Engagement Officer will align with local stakeholders, employers and services across the region to contribute to local strategies and support diverse participant groups to achieve good employment outcomes.



What You'll Be Doing:





Stakeholder Management -

Representing & leading partnership working and integration activity to support collaboration with partners, employers and external stakeholder teams. Representing Ingeus at key external forums and networks to present our service offer. Working with Local Authorities, including analysis of data that helps us to understand the needs of the caseload in the area. Work with Local Authority Leads and Head of Delivery to broker new relationships or access resources that support unemployed people.


Relationship Management

- Being accountable for managing relationships, partnership working and the integration of services in conjunction with local management team.



What You'll Bring





Strong organisational skills, with an ability to motivate teams of people to achieve Ability to understand and deliver against multiple contractual targets and measures. Sound understanding of the importance of Integration in the context of Employability programmes and for wider residents Knowledge of Social Value frameworks, reporting and evaluation Senior stakeholder management with the ability to present to and engage with multiple stakeholders.
