Join us as a Business Funding Executive and be at the forefront of helping businesses access the support and solutions they need to grow. At UMi, we empower businesses to do more and go further by making it easier to find and access the advice and funding the need.
As a key member of our team, you'll guide businesses through their funding options, assess their needs, coordinate support from our Business Funding Advisers, and ensure their cases are presented accurately for lender review. You'll work across multiple channels, providing clear, comprehensive guidance and helping to remove barriers so businesses can move forward with confidence.

: You have a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service and can communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
Analytical Skills
: You're confident assessing customer needs, reviewing information, and guiding businesses with clear, actionable advice.
Business Acumen
: You understand business processes and can apply analytical ability to support funding readiness.
Organisation & Self-Motivation
: You can manage your own workload, adapt your pace, and maintain accuracy in a dynamic environment.
Independent & Collaborative
: You can work independently with clients as well as support a team of Business Funding Advisers.
Tech Literacy
: You're competent with Microsoft Office and can maintain accurate CRM records in line with data protection standards.
Growth Mindset
: You enjoy engaging at events, networking, and supporting broader business development activities.
Desirable:
Experience in customer-facing/service roles, business funding assessments, or using customer management databases.
Familiarity with due diligence, risk assessment, or KYC/AML requirements.
